Refund policy

Millefiori Milano ANZ generally does not accept returns unless items are faulty or delivered in error. Faulty item claims require an emailed explanation with order details. Returns for damaged items must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery, requiring an official authorisation number, and the buyer pays for return freight.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
